Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan
The National Assembly of Pakistan passed the Constitution on 10th April, 1973, the President of the Assembly authenticated it on 12th April, 1973 and the Assembly published the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Since then, a number of amendments have been made therein and it has become necessary and expedient that an up-to-date and authentic version of the Constitution be published by the Assembly. The present Sixth Edition of the Constitution is distinctive as it contains three historic amendments: This Edition, which is intended to provide an updated version of the Constitution, incorporates all amendments made in it till date.

Constitutional Development of Pakistan
The Constitution of Pakistan is the supreme law of Pakistan. There have been several documents known as the Constitution of Pakistan. The Constitution of 1973 is the existing constitution, which provides for a parliamentary system with a President as head of state and popularly elected Prime Minister as head of government. Pakistan has a bicameral legislature that consists of the Senate (upper house) and the National Assembly (lower house). Together with the President, the Senate and National Assembly make up a body called the Majlis-i-Shoora (Council of Advisors) or Parliament.

As a theory of international relations, constructivism arose as a critique of existing approaches. Scholars began working in this new vein in the 1980s and 1990s, taking aim at the rationalist arguments of liberals and realists who have long argued that patterns of international relations could best be explained by examining actors’ material interests. These rationalist perspectives differ as to the sources of these interests—usually the structure of the international system, frameworks of domestic politics, or international institutions affecting market activity—but largely view actors as having stable identities and interests that are independent of other actors, even if their strategies for pursuing them involve expectations of others’ likely behavior.

Contemporary Mass Media By VU
Contemporary Mass Media By VU. Mass communication is a process in which professional communicators use media to disseminate messages widely, rapidly and continuously to arouse intended meanings in large and diverse audiences in attempts to influence them in a variety of ways. (DeFleur Dennis, Understanding Mass communication) By exercising the criteria set forth in this definition, we can identify precisely what we consider to be mass media in the present text: the major mass media are print (including books, magazines, newspapers), film (principally commercial motion pictures) and broadcasting (mainly radio and TV but also other several associated forms such as cable and VCRs).
